Approval of Registration on Pre-listing Board (PLB) to
Myanma Agricultural & General Development Public Co., Ltd.
On 26th April 2024, Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), after scrutinizing submitted application documents and confirmation by Securities Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), approved Myanma Agricultural & General Development Public Co., Ltd. (MADPL) to be registered on PLB in accordance with Section (6) of Notification No. (1/2023) of SECM.
⯌ Further announcements to the investors for the registration date of MADPL will be made in time.
⯌ Base price of MADPL is going to be announced on this website one working day prior to the registration date.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းသည် Myanma Agricultural & General Development Public Co., Ltd (MADPL) မှ တင်ပြလာသည့် လျှောက်လွှာများကို စိစစ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံ လက်မှတ်လုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေးကော်မရှင်၏ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် (၁/၂၀၂၃) ၊ အပိုဒ် (၆) နှင့်အညီ ကော်မရှင်၏အတည်ပြုချက်အရ စာရင်းဝင်အကြိုစျေးကွက် (Pre-registration Board – PLB) တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်သည်။
⯌ MADPL ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စာရင်းဝင်မည့်နေ့ရက် (Registration Date) အား ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ထပ်မံကြေညာပေးသွားပါမည်။
⯌ အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း (Base Price) အား မှတ်ပုံတင်သည့်နေ့ရက် (Registration Date) မတိုင်မီ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်တစ်ရက်အလိုတွင် ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိတ်ချိန်း ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ်(Website)တွင် ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များအား ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါက၊ New Registration စာမျက်နှာတွင် ဝင်ရောက်ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။
