Approval of Registration on Pre-Listing Board (PLB) to G.B.S Agricultural Services Public Co., Ltd.
On 7th November 2025, Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), after scrutinizing submitted application documents and confirmation by Securities Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), approved G.B.S Agricultural Services Public Co., Ltd. to be registered on PLB in accordance with Section (6) of Notification No. (1/2023) of SECM.
⯌ Further announcements to the investors for the registration date of the company will be made in time.
⯌ Base price of the company is going to be announced on this website one working day prior to the registration date.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းသည် G.B.S Agricultural Services Public Co., Ltd. မှ တင်ပြလာသည့် လျှောက်လွှာများကိုစိစစ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေးကော်မရှင်၏ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် (၁/၂၀၂၃) ၊ အပိုဒ်(၆)နှင့်အညီ ကော်မရှင်၏အတည်ပြုချက်အရ စာရင်းဝင် အကြိုစျေးကွက် (Pre-Listing Board – PLB) တွင် မှတ်ပုံတင်ရန် ခွင့်ပြုလိုက်သည်။
⯌ ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ မှတ်ပုံတင်မည့်နေ့ရက် (Registration Date) အား ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများအတွက် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ထပ်မံကြေညာပေးသွားပါမည်။
⯌ အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း (Base Price) အား မှတ်ပုံတင်သည့်နေ့ရက် (Registration Date) မတိုင်မီ ရုံးဖွင့်ရက်တစ်ရက်အလိုတွင် ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိတ်ချိန်း ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုဒ် (Website)တွင် ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
မှတ်ပုံတင်ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များအား ပိုမိုသိရှိလိုပါက၊ New Registration စာမျက်နှာတွင် ဝင်ရောက်ဖတ်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။
