Schedule of Bonus Shares Issuance for FPB
* Regarding with the announcement of Bonus Share issuance by FPB to issue (1) share for existing (20) shares, YSX hereby notify the schedule for the issuance of Bonus shares.
*There will be no trade suspensions at all. New base price will be set on Ex-date (R-2). Holding balances excluding bonus shares can be traded with new base price.
*The exact total number of Bonus Shares to be issued will be decided on Decision dates (R+1) & (R+2).
*The bonus shares will be credited to shareholders at the beginning of business day on Bonus Shares Issue date (R+3).
• The respective dates for each event are mentioned with graph as below for easy understanding.
FPB မှ ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) ထုတ်ဝေပေးမည့် အစီအစဉ်
* FPB အစုရှယ်ယာ(၂၀)စု ပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားသည့် အစုရှယ်ယာရှင်များကို ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) (၁)စု ထုတ်ဝေပေးမည်ဟု ကြေညာထားခြင်းနှင့် ပတ်သက်၍ YSX မှ ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) ထုတ်ဝေပေးမည့် အချိန်ဇယားအား အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
* FPB အစုရှယ်ယာ အရောင်းအဝယ် ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားခြင်းမရှိပါ။ အစုရှယ်ယာခံစားခွင့်မရရှိသော အစုရှယ်ယာဝယ်ယူသည့်ရက် (Ex-date) (R-2) တွင် အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်းအသစ် (New Base Price) သတ်မှတ်မည်။ ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) မဟုတ်သည့် လက်ရှိပိုင်ဆိုင်သည့် FPB ရှယ်ယာများကို အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း အသစ်ဖြင့် ဆက်လက်ရောင်းဝယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
*ထုတ်ဝေပေးမည့် ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) အရေအတွက် အတိအကျကို Decision dates (R+1) နှင့် (R+2) တွင် ဆုံးဖြတ်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
* ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) များကို (R+3) နေ့တွင် ရှယ်ယာရှင်များ၏ အကောင့်များထဲသို့ ထည့်သွင်းပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
• ဆုကြေးရှယ်ယာ (Bonus Shares) ထုတ်ဝေပေးမည့် အစီအစဉ် နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရက်စွဲများကို အောက်ပါ ဇယား တွင်ကြည့်ရှု့နိုင်ပါသည်။
