Trade Suspension for TMH Shares from 24th to 31st July, 2019
* The share trading for TMH on the Exchange will be suspended for (6) business days including non-exchange transaction transfer (NETT) in order to conduct the issuance of one (1) fully-paid bonus share for every twenty (20) existing ordinary shares held (“Bonus Shares”) on 26th July 2019 (the “Record Day”).
* Given that, TMH’s share trading will be suspended starting from 24th to 31st July, 2019. The trading for TMH share will be resumed on 1st August, 2019. The base price for TMH share will be announced on 31st July, 2019.
