Announcement to Listed Companies
In accordance with the provisions in the Section 118, 121 and 122 of Securities Exchange Rules, the listed company has to report annual reports, half-year reports and extraordinary reports to SECM. We urge you to report in time and also to disclose the followings;

Kindly note that please inform to SECM and YSX in advance if there might have any unexpected delay of reporting due to COVID-19 situation.

COVID-19 ကြောင့် မမျှော်မှန်းနိုင်သည့် ပေးပို့တင်ပြမှုဆိုင်ရာနှောင့်နှေးကြန့်ကြာမှုများရှိခဲ့ပါက ကော်မရှင် (SECM) နှင့် စတော့အိပ်ချိန်း (YSX) သို့ ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားကြပါရန် အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။
