Listing Consulting Division has been officially formed under Listing and Trading Participant Department in line with the approval of Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 25th March 2018. |

The operations were started on 2nd April 2018. |

FAQ version one was posted on YSX website on 4th June 2018 in order for interested parties to easily understand about listing criteria and listing on YSX. |
|
FAQ version two was posted on YSX website on 22nd October 2018 in order for interested parties to easily understand cost of listing, reference price valuation, dematerialization process and others. |
2019
Posting the Mini Guidebook for Listing

Mini Guidebook for Listing was posted on YSX website on 15th January 2019 in line with the approval of Board of Directors Meeting which was held on 19th December 2018. |
|
It includes about Listing Consulting Division, YSX’s Listing Criteria, Frequently Asked Questions by Potential Companies (FAQs) and Listing Procedures. |
Establishment of “Listed Company Award 2019” and “Securities Company Award 2019”
|
“Listed Company Award” and “Securities Company Award” for 2019 are initiated based on the business performances and awarded at YSX’s 3rd Anniversary which was held on 25th March 2019. |
|
This program helps building for better market and increases the reputation of LCs and SCs as well as getting the public awareness for Myanmar Capital Market. |
2020
Successfully consulted the 6th Listed Company
|
Listing Consulting Division successfully consulted the 6th Listed Company throughout the listing process during COVID-19 period. |
|
Listing Consulting Division gave consultations to other potential applicants who are planning to be listed on YSX. |
Introduced new type of Award, “Most Significant Growth in Account Opening” for Securities Companies
|
“Most Significant Growth in Account Opening” award was initiated based on the business performance of Securities Companies from Year-to-Year. |
|
This program aimed to encourage Securities Companies’ willingness to get more customers. |
Published the Booklet of Listing Business Regulations (Both Myanmar & English version)
|
The booklet of Listing Business Regulations (both Myanmar & English version) was published on YSX website on 3rd April, 2020 in line with the approval of Board of Directors Meeting. |
|
It includes 34 Sections in total. |
|
The purpose is to have better understanding of YSX’s listing examination, compliance matters, to easily refer to, and to achieve more efficient and effective disclosure practices. |
Main Functions

To facilitate the candidate companies (local and foreign) and related organizations thereof (securities companies, law firms, accounting firms, etc.). |
|
To illuminate the realizing about listing criteria, listing business regulations, listing examination procedures, and any other matters or issues relevant to listing on YSX. |
|
To flexibly respond the various questions and consultation matters arising in the process of listing preparation. |
|
To support the further development of Myanmar Capital Market. |
