We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented candidate for the YSX Market Department. High-qualified individuals are invited to join us and get exceptional experience regarding the Capital Market.

Job Description

• To conduct daily operations like scrutinizing stock order transactions, checking fund transfer instructions, and dealing with securities companies and listed companies
• To monitor the daily clearing and settlement processes
• To investigate settlement failures in collaboration with involved parties to rectify issues promptly.
• To operate dematerialization processes for shareholders’ special accounts.
• To keep up with relevant financial regulations, market practices, and clearing/settlement rules.
• To collaborate with technology teams (ICT Dept) to improve automation and efficiency in post-trade operations.
• To operate the departmental tasks efficiently and creatively under instructions,
• To conduct any other assigned work as necessary,
• To report to the Controlling Officer and Head of the Market Department

Requirements

• B. Com, B.Act, B.B.A, B.B.Sc (Accounting & Finance), D.A [Any graduate who completed ACCA Fundamental Skill Level, CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting]
• Age under 30 years as of September 30, 2023
• Proficient in English
• Computer skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel & Power BI will be an advantage)
• Ability to give full attention to tasks, and responsibilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Effective collaboration skills with internal teams, trading participants, and other related parties.

Job Description
 
• To perform duties of promotional event design, planning, creation, and analysis of feedback after events
• To perform duties of public relations and communication in person or virtually
• To perform duties of digital marketing activities and handle all social media pages of YSX
• To conduct clerical works as necessary
• To create new ideas for the development of the Company
• To operate the departmental tasks efficiently and effectively under instructions
• To conduct any other assigned work
• To report to the Controlling Officer and Head of the Market Promotion Department
 
Requirements
 
• Any Graduate (Preferably Degrees in Finance/ Economics)
• Age under 30 years as of September 30, 2023
• Proficient in English
• Computer skills in MS Office (Advance Excel & Power BI will be advantaged)
• Prefer knowledge about digital marketing and design creation
• Ability to give full attention to tasks, and responsibilities
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Follow the company rules and regulations
