Publishing a Booklet of Listing Business Regulations (Myanmar/ English Version)

Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) publishes “the Booklet of Listing Business Regulations (Myanmar/ English)” for all the relevant stakeholders (Listed Companies, Potential Listing Companies, Trading Participants, Legal Firms, Accounting Firms, etc.) to have better understanding of YSX’s listing examination, compliance matters, to be easily referred, and to achieve more efficient and effective disclosure process.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းသည် စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ စာရင်းဝင်ရန် အလားအလာရှိသောကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ အရောင်းအဝယ်ပြုလုပ်ရာတွင် ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်သည့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဥပဒေအကျိုးဆောင်ကုမ္ပဏီ၊ စာရင်းစစ် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ အစရှိသည့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ဈေးကွက်ဝင်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအနေနှင့် ရန်ကုန် စတော့အိပ်ချိန်း၏ စာရင်းဝင်စိစစ်ခြင်း၊ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ရမည့် ကိစ္စရပ်များကို ပိုမိုလွယ်ကူစွာ နား လည်သဘောပေါက်နိုင်ရန်၊ အလွယ်တကူ မှီငြမ်းကိုးကားနိုင်စေရန်၊ ဖွင့်ဟကြေညာချက်ဆိုင်ရာလုပ် ငန်းစဉ်များ ပို၍ မြန်ဆန်ထိရောက်မှုစေရန်အတွက် “စာရင်းဝင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းစည်းမျဉ်းများ စာ စောင် (မြန်မာ/ English)” ကို ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာလိုက်ပါသည်။
