Establishment of Listing Consulting Division

Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) wishes to announce that on 26th March 2018, Listing Consulting Division has been officially formed under Listing and Trading Participant Department and will start operating on 2nd April 2018 by approval of the Board of Directors meeting which was held on 25th March 2018.

The purpose is to facilitate consultation to the candidate companies (local and foreign) and related organizations thereof (securities companies, law firms, accounting firms, etc.), which would have inquiries about listing criteria, listing regulations, listing examination procedures, and any other matters or issues relevant to listing on YSX.

This division shall flexibly respond to various questions and consultation matters arising in the process of listing preparation by telephone, by e-mail, or in person in order to support and further the development of Myanmar Stock Market.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်း (YSX) သည် ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၂၅ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သော ဒါရိုက်တာအဖွဲ့အစည်းအဝေးအရ Listing Consulting Division ကို ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်၊ မတ်လ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့တွင် Listing and Trading Participant Department ၏ ဌာနခွဲတစ်ခုအဖြစ် ဖွဲ့စည်း တည်ထောင်ခဲ့ပြီး ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်၊ ဧပြီလ ၂ ရက်နေ့တွင် စတင်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ် ပါသည်။

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းတွင် စာရင်းဝင်လိုသော ပြည်တွင်း/ပြည်ပကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် ဆက်စပ်အဖွဲ့ အစည်းများဖြစ်သော ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်ကုမ္ပဏီများ၊ ဥပဒေအကျိုးဆောင်ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် စာရင်းစစ်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ သိရှိလိုသော စာရင်းဝင်စံနှုန်းများ၊ စာရင်းဝင်စည်းမျဉ်းများနှင့် စာရင်းဝင်စစ်ဆေးခြင်း လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများအပြင် အခြားဆက်စပ်သောကိစ္စရပ်များကို အဆင်ပြေ ချောမွေ့စွာညှိနှိုင်းတိုင်ပင်နိုင်ရေးအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

မြန်မာနိုင်ငံငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လုပ်ငန်းပိုမိုဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်စေရေးအတွက် စာရင်းဝင်ခြင်း နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် ပြင်ဆင်မှုများတွင် ကြုံတွေ့ရသော ကိစ္စရပ်များနှင့် သိရှိလိုသော အကြောင်း အရာများကို တယ်လီဖုန်းဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ အီးမေးဖြင့်ဖြစ်စေ၊ လူကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်၍ဖြစ်စေ စုံစမ်း မေးမြန်းလာခြင်းအား ရှင်းလင်းဖြေကြားပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
