Announcement to Listed Companies

In accordance with the provisions in the Section 118, 121 and 122 of Securities Exchange Rules, the listed company has to report annual reports, half-year reports and extraordinary reports to SECM. We urge you to report in time and also to disclose the followings for FY 2020-2021;

ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ‌လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်‌ရေးနည်းဥပဒေများဆိုင်ရာ ပုဒ်မ ၁၁၈၊ ၁၂၁ နှင့် ၁၂၂ များနှင့်အညီ စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီသည် နှစ်ပတ်လည်အစီရင်ခံစာ၊ နှစ်ဝက်ဘဏ္ဍာရေးအစီရင်ခံစာနှင့် ထူးကဲ သောအစီရင်ခံစာများကို ကော်မရှင် (SECM) သို့ ပေးပို့တင်ပြရပါမည်။ စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများအနေနှင့်
