Response to the Spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19):
Overview of YSX Disclosure & Listing Rule Policy
In light of the recent spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), in order to ensure smooth and fair price formation process in the stock market, YSX continues to ask and advise listed companies to disclose information that impacts the investors’ investment decisions, in a timely and appropriate manner.
Additionally, in light of the degree of the impact on business activities, YSX will promptly implement flexible treatments and exceptions regarding the application of the current Listing Rules upon listed companies as well as those companies in the process of listing.

လက်တလောဖြစ်ပွားလျက်ရှိသော အသက်ရှူလမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာရောဂါ (COVID-19) နှင့်စပ်လျဉ်း၍ အစုရှယ်ယာစျေးကွက်အတွင်း အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စေရန်နှင့် သင့်တင့်မျှတသောစျေးနှုန်းဖြစ်စေရန် အတွက် စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများအနေနှင့် ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများ၏ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုဆိုင်ရာဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ အား ထိရောက်သော အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုရှိစေမည့် သတင်းအချက်အလက်များအား အချိန်နှင့်တပြေး ညီထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာရေး ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းမှ အကြံပြုတိုက်တွန်းအပ်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ဆောင်မှုများအပေါ် ထိရောက်သော အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုများကြောင့် ရန်ကုန် စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းအနေနှင့် စာရင်းဝင်လျောက်လွှာတင်ခြင်းနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် စာရင်းဝင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ စည်းမျဉ်းများကို စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများသာမက စာရင်းဝင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များ လုပ်ဆောင် လျက်ရှိသည့် ကုမ္ပဏီများအတွက်ပါ လွယ်ကူစွာလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သော နည်းလမ်းများနှင့် ကင်းလွတ် သက်သာခွင့်များကို အမြန်ဆုံးအကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
