Announcement to Listed Companies

According to the Instruction (8/2016) by Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), we would like to notify that listed companies on Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) have to disclose (i) Annual report, and (ii) Auditor’s report attached to statement of financial position, statement of profit or loss, and statement of cash flows (Audited Financial Statements) for FY2018-2019 not later than 30^th June, 2019 and to hold Annual General Meeting not later than 30^th September, 2019.

ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းစာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက် မှတ်လုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေးကော်မရှင် (SECM) ၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်အမှတ် (၈/၂၀၁၆) နှင့်အညီ ၂၀၁၈-၁၉ ဘဏ္ဍာရေးနှစ်အတွက် (၁) နှစ်ပတ်လည်အစီရင်ခံစာနှင့် (၂) စာရင်းစစ်ဆေးပြီးသော ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာရှင်းတမ်းများကို ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့မတိုင်မီထုတ်ပြန်ရမည် ဖြစ်ပြီး နှစ်ပတ်လည်အထွေထွေအစည်းအဝေးကို ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်၊ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့ မတိုင်မီ ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်နိုင်ရေး တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။
