Approval of Listing (TMH Telecom Public Co., Ltd.)
On 1st Dec. 2017, Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), after scrutinizing submitted application documents and a deliberate listing examination, approved the TMH Telecom Public Co., Ltd. to be listed on YSX, subject to their completion of IPO process in accordance with Section 41 (c) of the Securities Exchange Law and section 7 and 8 of the Securities Listing Business Regulations.
Further announcement to the investors for the listing date of TMH will be made in time.
