Announcement of Listing Date

Due to the spread of COVID-19 situation in Myanmar, Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) postponed the listing date of 6^th listed company, Ever Flow River Group Public Co., Ltd. (EFR) that we made an announcement of “Change in schedule listing date of EFR” on 18^th March 2020.

 

Now, we are pleased to announce that 28th May 2020 is specified as the listing date of Ever Flow River Group Public Co., Ltd. (EFR) and its share trading will be made on the same day.

 

“စာရင်းဝင်မည့်နေ့ရက်အားအသိပေးကြေညာခြင်း”

 

မြန်မာနိူင်ငံတွင် ပျံ့နှံ့ဖြစ်ပွားလျက်ရှိသော ကိုရိုနာဗိုင်းရပ် (COVID-19) အခြေအနေများကြောင့် ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်း၏ ၆ ခုမြောက်စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီဖြစ်သည့် Ever Flow River Group Public Co., Ltd. (EFR) ၏ စာရင်းဝင်နေ့ရက်အား “စာရင်းဝင်နေ့ရက်ပြောင်းလဲခြင်းအားအသိပေးကြေညာခြင်း” ဖြင့် (၁၈-၃-၂၀၂၀) ရက်နေ့တွင် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာခဲ့ပါသည်။

 

(၂၈-၅-၂၀၂၀) ရက်နေ့အား EFR ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စာရင်းဝင်နေ့ရက်အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားပြီး ယင်းနေ့တွင် အစုရှယ်ယာအရောင်းအဝယ်ပြုလုပ်မှုများကို စတင်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
