Announcement to Listed Companies and Registered Companies
We would like to notify that, in accordance with the provisions in Sections 118, 119 under Securities Exchange Rules and Section 25 under Listing Business Regulations, the listed companies and registered companies on Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) are required to submit Annual report (FY 2024-2025) to Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM) and make disclosure to the public through the YSX website not later than 30th June, 2025.

ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များလဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးနည်းဥပဒေဆိုင်ရာ ပုဒ်မ ၁၁၈၊ ၁၁၉ နှင့် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များစာရင်းဝင်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာလုပ်ငန်းစည်မျဥ်း အပိုဒ် ၂၅ တို့နှင့်အညီ ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိပ်ချိန်းရှိ စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်ကုမ္ပဏီများသည် ၂၀၂၄-၂၀၂၅ ဘဏ္ဍာနှစ်အတွက် နှစ်ပတ်လည်အစီရင်ခံစာ ကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ် လုပ်ငန်းကြီးကြပ်ရေးကော်မရှင် (SECM) သို့ ပေးပို့တင်ပြရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး YSX website မှတစ်ဆင့် အများပြည်သူသို့ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်၊ ဇွန်လ ၃၀ ရက်နေ့ မတိုင်မီထုတ်ပြန်ရမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း တိုက်တွန်းနှိုးဆော်အပ်ပါသည်။
