Base Price Adjustment for MCB’s Shares
Please be informed that the base price of Myanmar Citizens Bank Limited (“MCB”) shares has been adjusted following the recent announcement of the Non-Renounceable Rights Issue and the subsequent announcement of the Theoretical Ex-Rights Price (TERP).
The adjusted base price for one MCB share will be MMK 7,000, effective from 8th December 2025. Consequently, the corresponding price limits and tick size have been updated as follows:
🞄 Base Price: MMK 7,000
🞄 Upper Limit Price: MMK 8,000
🞄 Lower Limit Price: MMK 6,000
🞄 Tick Size: MMK 100
“Base price” is the price to determine the “upper and lower limit price” of the day. The price is not intended to mean a kind of predetermined or anticipated matching price.
Investors may place a “Limit order” at any price between the upper and lower limit price or “Market order” not to name the price for gaining priority to buy or sell a stock.
If investors place a Market order, it does not mean it will always be matched at the base price. It can be matched between the upper and lower limit prices based on the balance of supply and demand.

MCB မှ ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာထားသည့် လွှဲပြောင်းရောင်းချခွင့်မရှိသော အခွင့်အရေးပေးသည့် အစုရှယ်ယာ အသစ်များထုတ်ဝေခြင်း (Non-Renounceable Rights Issue) နှင့် အခွင့်အရေးများ ရရှိခဲ့ပြီးသည့် အစုရှယ်ယာစျေးနှုန်း [Theoretical Ex-Rights Price (TERP)] တွက်ချက်မှုသီအိုရီအရ၊ ၂၀၂၅-ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ (၈) ရက်နေ့အတွက် MCB ရှယ်ယာတစ်စု၏ အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်းကို (၇,၀၀၀) ကျပ် အဖြစ် ပြင်ဆင်သတ်မှတ်လိုက်ပါသည်။ ၎င်းနေ့ရက်ရှိ အခြေခံ စျေးနှုန်း၊ အမြင့်ဆုံး/အနိမ့်ဆုံးစျေးနှုန်း သတ်မှတ်ချက် နှင့် တစ်ချက်ခုန်စျေးနှုန်း တို့မှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
* အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း : ငွေကျပ် ၇,၀၀၀
* အမြင့်ဆုံး စျေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက် : ငွေကျပ် ၈,၀၀၀
* အနိမ့်ဆုံး စျေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက် : ငွေကျပ် ၆,၀၀၀
* တစ်ချက်ခုန်စျေးနှုန်း : ငွေကျပ် ၁၀၀
အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း (Base Price) ဆိုသည်မှာ အရောင်းအဝယ်ပြုလုပ်သည့် နေ့ရက်တစ်ရက်ရှိ အမြင့်ဆုံးဈေးနှုန်း (Upper Limit Price) နှင့် အနိမ့်ဆုံးဈေးနှုန်း (Lower Limit Price) သတ်မှတ်ချက်ကို ဆုံးဖြတ်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ယင်းစျေးနှုန်းသည် ကြိုတင်သတ်မှတ်ထားသော သို့မဟုတ် မျှော်မှန်းထားသော အရောင်းအဝယ်ဖြစ်သည့် စျေးနှုန်း အဖြစ် အဓိပ္ပါယ်သက်ရောက်စေရန် မရည်ရွယ်ပါ။
ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများအနေဖြင့် အမြင့်ဆုံးနှင့် အနိမ့်ဆုံး စျေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်အတွင်းရှိ မည်သည့် စျေးနှုန်းနှင့်မဆို “ဈေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်အမှာစာ” ကို တင်နိုင်သကဲ့သို့ စတော့အရောင်းဖြစ်စေ၊ အဝယ်ဖြစ်စေ ဦးစားပေးခြင်းခံရသော စျေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်စရာမလိုသည့် “စျေးကွက်ပေါက်စျေးအမှာစာ” ကိုလည်း ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါသည်။
အကယ်၍ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံသူများမှ “စျေးကွက်ပေါက်စျေးအမှာစာ” အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားပါက ယင်း အမှာစာသည် အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း၌သာ အမြဲတမ်းအရောင်းအဝယ်ဖြစ်မည်ဟု မှတ်ယူ၍ မရနိုင်ပါ။ ဝယ်လိုအားနှင့် ရောင်းလိုအား ပေါ်မူတည်၍ အမြင့်ဆုံးနှင့် အနိမ့်ဆုံး စျေးနှုန်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်အတွင်းရှိ စျေးနှုန်းတရပ်၌သာ အရောင်းအဝယ် ဖြစ်နိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
