Share Splitting of ASPGB Shares

*Since ASPGB has made an announcement of share splitting into twenty (20) shares for existing (1) share and “Record Date” for share splitting is as of 30^th July 2026, and the last day to trade is on 24^th July 2026, given that YSX hereby notify the schedule for share splitting of ASPGB.

 

*The last day of trade with pre-split is 24^th July 2026.

*There will be no trade suspensions at all.

*ASPGB’s share will be traded with new base price on Ex-date (27^th July).

*The split shares will be credited on a Split Payable Date (31^st July) to shareholders of record at the close of business on a Record Date.

ASPGB ၏ အစုရှယ်ယာများအား ခွဲခြမ်းခြင်း (Share Splitting) ကြေညာချက်

*ASPGB သည် လက်ရှိ ရှယ်ယာ (၁)စုကို ရှယ်ယာ (၂၀) စုအဖြစ် ခွဲခြမ်းမှု (share split) ပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကြေညာချက်တွင်၊ ရှယ်ယာခွဲခြမ်းရန် မှတ်တမ်းယူမည့်နေ့ “Record Date” ကို ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ (၃၀) ရက်နေ့အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထားပါသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်ပါ၍ ASPGB ၏ ရှယ်ယာခွဲခြမ်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ အချိန်ဇယားမှာ အောက်ပါအတိုင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

 

*လက်ရှိရှယ်ယာများအတွက် နောက်ဆုံးအရောင်းအဝယ်ပြုလုပ်မည့်ရက်မှာ ၂၀၂၆ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ (၂၄) ရက်နေ့ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

*အစုရှယ်ယာ အရောင်းအဝယ်များအား ရပ်ဆိုင်းထားခြင်းမရှိပါ။
*ရှယ်ယာခွဲခြမ်းပြီး အခြေအနေဖြင့် အရောင်းအဝယ် ပြုလုပ်မည့်နေ့ (Ex-date)ဖြစ်သော ဇူလိုင်လ (၂၇) ရက်နေ့ တွင် ASPGB ရှယ်ယာများကို အခြေခံစျေးနှုန်း အသစ် (new base price) ဖြင့် အရောင်းအဝယ် ပြုလုပ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

*မှတ်တမ်းယူသည့်နေ့ “Record Date” ရှိ ရှယ်ယာရှင်များအတွက် ခွဲခြမ်းပြီးသော ရှယ်ယာ များကို ရှယ်ယာခွဲခြမ်းပေးဝေးမည့်နေ့ “Split Payable Date” ဇူလိုင်လ (၃၁) ရက်နေ့ တွင် ရှယ်ယာရှင်များ၏ ငွေကြေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ် စာရင်းများသို့ ထည့်သွင်းပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

 

                     ❖ရှယ်ယာ ခွဲခြမ်းထုတ်ဝေပေးမည့် အစီအစဉ် နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ ရက်စွဲများကို အောက်ပါ ပုံတွင်ကြည့်ရှု့နိုင်ပါသည်။
