Approval of Listing on Main Board for Concordia Public Company Limited (CONPC)
Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), after scrutinizing the submitted application documents and conducting a thorough listing examination, approved the listing of Concordia Public Co., Ltd. (CONPC) on Main Board of YSX, subject to its completion of the IPO process in accordance with Section 41(c) of the Securities Exchange Law and Sections 7 and 8 of the Securities Listing Business Regulations.

Concordia Public Company Limited (CONPC) အား ပင်မစျေးကွက်တွင် စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီအဖြစ် စာရင်းတင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုခြင်း
ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိတ်ချိန်း (YSX)သည် တင်ပြလာသောလျှောက်လွှာစာရွက်စာတမ်းများကို စိစစ်ခြင်းနှင့် စစ်ဆေးခြင်းများပြုလုပ်ပြီးနောက်၊ ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ ၄၁(ဂ) နှင့် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်များ စာရင်းတင်သွင်းခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ လုပ်ငန်းစည်းမျဉ်းများ ၏ ပုဒ်မ ၇ နှင့် ၈ တို့နှင့်အညီ Concordia Public Co., Ltd. (CONPC) အား အများပြည်သူသို့ ကမ်းလှမ်း ရောင်းချခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များဆောင်ရွက်ပြီးနောက် ရန်ကုန်စတော့အိတ်ချိန်း၏ ပင်မစျေးကွက်တွင် စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီအဖြစ် စာရင်းတင်သွင်းခွင့်ပြုလိုက်သည်။
စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီအဖြစ်စာရင်းတင်သွင်းမည့်နေ့ရက်အား အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ထပ်မံထုတ်ပြန်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့်စပ်လျဉ်းသည့် အသေးစိတ်အချက်အလက်များကို သိရှိနိုင်ရန် ဤနေရာ တွင် ဝင်ရောက် ကြည့်ရှုနိုင်ပါသည်။
