Senior Associate Position (2)Post(M/F)
Job Description
• To provide accounting and administrative support under the supervisor’s instruction
• To complete the necessary clerical work for accurate accounting practices like the bookkeeping process
• To generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports within the designated timeline.
• To carry out SSB, IRD, and banking matters if required.
• To conduct any other assigned works of the company if assigned
• To report to the Administration Department’s Head
Requirements
• B.Com, B.Act, B.B.Sc (Accounting & Finance), Any Graduate plus LCCI or ACCA
• Age under 30 years as of March 31, 2025
• Minimum 1-year experience in the accounting field
• Language skills in English and Myanmar
• Computer skills in MS Office
• Ability to give full attention to tasks and responsibilities
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Follow the company’s HR rules and regulations.
• Need to enter a 2-year bond of employment

Job Description
• To prepare and maintain employee records and databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate filing,
• To participate in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary information, and facilitating orientation programs,
• To process documentation related to HR activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and terminations,
• To assist in the coordination and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars
• To handle employee queries on HR-related topics and direct them to the appropriate person or department if necessary,
• To assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• To ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation,
• To support in implementing performance evaluation processes and manage employee benefits administration,
• To assist in recruitment processes by screening resumes, organizing initial interview and final interview stages,
• To conduct any other assigned work or able to transfer any other department if necessary
• To report to the Head of the Administration Department
Requirements
• Any Graduate with HR knowledge (Preferably Degrees in HR/ Accounting/ Finance/ Economics)

ICT Department (Infra-Network)

Position Information
Title: ICT Senior Associate (1) Post
Reports to: Manager and Deputy Senior Manager
Location: ICT Dept., YSX
Background
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Manager and Assistant Manager of the ICT Dept., the ICT Senior Associate provides ICT and administrative support services to the ICT unit and provides daily technical support to users of applications and tools of stock exchange trading system and settlement system and technology infrastructure. The ICT Senior Associate promotes a client-oriented approach.
The ICT Senior Associate works in close collaboration with the Market Dept. Admin Dept. (for supporting sound system sometimes on weekends) and other ICT members for assisting daily stock exchange business and resolving complex ICT-related issues.
Job Description
Supports maintenance and improvement of the stock exchange system, focusing on the achievement of the following results:
• Assistance in the construction or reconfiguration of VPN networks;
• Cooperation with providers in troubleshooting network or system issues.
Supports network and system administration, focusing on achievement of the following results:
• Assistance in troubleshooting and monitoring of computer and network problems;
• Response to user needs and questions regarding computer and/or network access;
• Maintenance of ICT-related equipment such as printer, scanner and fax;
• Assistance in monitoring scheduled backup procedures for OA file servers;
• Assistance in monitoring and solving virus detection, removal and prevention;
• Assistance in monitoring online UPS.
Provides administrative support, focusing on the achievement of the following results:
• Assistance in the creation of operation procedures and manuals;
• Maintenance of the inventory and stock of supplies and spare parts;
• Assistance in checking of sound systems for upcoming seminars;
• Cooperation with providers for YSX accounting system and web hosting.
Ensures facilitation of knowledge building and knowledge sharing, focusing on achievement of the following results:
• Participation and assistance in the organization of training for the staff on ICT issues and cybersecurity.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in service desk or helpdesk environment
Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory), cloud platforms (Azure, M365)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Preferably Relevant certifications holder (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
