Trade Suspension for MTSH Shares from 31st October, 2016 to 3rd November, 2016
*Since MTSH has made an announcement of “A shareholder will own ten (10) shares on 4th November 2016 for each share they have bought or held on 28th October, 2016”, given that “Record day” for share splitting is as of 2nd November, 2016 and hence YSX hereby notify the necessary trading suspension for MTSH share trading.
*The share trading for MTSH on the Exchange will be suspended for (4) days including non-exchange transaction transfer (NETT) so as to split the share of the MTSH’s share settled on the Record day due to YSX’s (T+3) settlement cycle.
*Thus, MTSH’s share trading will be suspended starting from 31st October, 2016 to 3rd November, 2016. The trading for MTSH share will be resumed on 4th November, 2016. The base price for MTSH share will be announced on split payable date (3rd November, 2016).
