Schedule of Bonus Shares Issuance for FPB
* Regarding with the announcement of Bonus Share issuance by FPB to issue (1) share for existing (5) shares, YSX hereby notify the schedule for the issuance of Bonus shares.
– There will be no trade suspensions at all. New base price will be set on Ex-date (R-2). Holding balances excluding bonus shares can be traded with new base price.
– The exact total number of Bonus Shares to be issued will be decided on Decision dates (R+1) & (R+2).
– The bonus shares will be credited to shareholders at the beginning of business day on Bonus Shares Issue date (R+3).
• The respective dates for each event are mentioned with graph as below for easy understanding.
